Mr. Dunmire is the retired Chairman and CEO of Merchants Bancorp of Pennsylvania. He also served for twelve years as the founding President and CEO of First Wisconsin Trust Company of Florida, N.A. which later became Firstar Trust and is now part of U.S. Bancorp.
He is experienced in regulatory relations and compliance, operations and strategy, fiduciary matters and corporate governance issues. He served on the Government Relations Council of the American Bankers Association and was active in both the Florida and Pennsylvania banking associations.
Mr. Dunmire served as National President of the Navy League of the United States from 2011 to 2013. A member of the Board of Regents of The Mercersburg Academy for fifteen years, he has also served on numerous other boards in the non-profit sector. He is the founder of the Armstrong County Community Foundation.
